An Jigsaw-Mixer-Game "DEMO" version was created to familiarize yourself with and determine the need to use this software.

BEFORE YOU USE THIS SOFTWARE, CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

The term "Software" used below refers to STANLEYHERO Jigsaw-Mixer-Game, any associated
software components, any related files and printed materials.
This copy of the Software is licensed to you as the end user and/or Licensee.

Click on 'I agree with the enclosed License agreement and these terms' to indicate
your acceptance of these terms. (to use this software)
Click on 'I disagree with the enclosed License agreement and these terms' to indicate
you do not accept these terms. (to terminate this software)

You may use this software only as described in this non-exclusive license,
provided that you agree to the following:

This "Licensing Agreement" is entered into between STANLEYHERO and
the Licensee of StanleyHero Jigsaw-Mixer-Game.

This software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties,
as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. This software is licensed, not sold.

1. YOUR RIGHTS.

Subject to the provisions contained herein, Stanleyhero hereby grants to the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferrable license to install and use this Software in a single location on a hard disk or other storage device.

Licensee may make a single copy of the Software for back-up and archival purposes only,
provided that any copy must contain all proprietary notices included in the original.
Otherwise, the Software may not be copied in whole or in part.

By using this software, you are consenting to be bound by and are becoming a party to this agreement as a licensee.
If you do not agree to all of the terms of this agreement, do not install the software, do not use it, cease all use of it.
Furthermore you shall delete the Software and destroy any archival copies of the Software and
other materials related to the Software in your possession or under your control.

Licensee shall use the Software on only a single computer, or on a computer network
providing that each computer have its own individual licensed copy installed.

Licensee shall not be deemed, by anything contained in or done pursuant to this Agreement
to acquire any right, title, or interest in any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual
property of Stanleyhero, and shall do nothing to prejudice the value or validity of the
respective owner's rights therein or ownership thereof.
2. LIMITATIONS

2.1) The software is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated
and must remain intact.

2.2) Licensee is prohibited from selling or distributing the Software in any manner;
exception made to the Jigsaw-Mixer-Game "DEMO" version of the software which can be shared in unmodified copies and without any cost to the recipient.

2.3) The Jigsaw-Mixer-Game "DEMO" version of the software may only be distributed intact and without any ties
or attachments to any other product, organization or material not already included in the
distributable versions found on the STANLEYHERO.com website.
The Jigsaw-Mixer-Game "DEMO" version of the software may not be distributed in conjunction with another product, associated with any organization or material, unless you have obtained the express written consent of STANLEYHERO to do so.
Only the most recent software version of the Jigsaw-Mixer-Game "DEMO" may be distributed as described herein. For the latest version we urge you to consult the StanleyHero.com website to find out the current version number available.

2.4) Licensee shall not assign, rent, lease, lend, sell or otherwise transfer any of its rights
in the Software or in this Agreement, without the express written approval of Stanleyhero.

2.5) You may not (and shall not permit other persons or entities to) reduce the Software to human readable form, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
You may not (and shall not permit other persons or entities to) create derivative works based on the Software, and may not use the Software to perform any unauthorized transfer of information, such as copying or transferring a file in violation of a copyright.
You may not (and shall not permit other persons or entities to) modify, alter, or transform the SOFTWARE,
or any copy thereof, in whole or in part, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software.

2.6) Stanleyhero is the owner of all right, title and interest in and to the Software. The Software is protected by the copyright laws of CANADA and international copyright conventions and treaties.
Stanleyhero reserves all rights in the Software except as specifically licensed to Licensee herein.
Except as expressly provided herein, Licensee shall not copy, modify, reproduce, display, decompile, reverse engineer, store, translate, sell, lease or otherwise transfer or distribute the Software, in whole or in part, nor may Licensee use the Software with the intent to clone any proprietary product to Stanleyhero. All rights not specifically granted herein to Licensee are reserved to Stanleyhero.
All title to and copyrights in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, audio, text, and animations,
incorporated into the software), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the software are owned by STANLEYHERO.

2.7) Stanleyhero is not obligated to provide maintenance or updates to Licensee for the Software.
However, any maintenance or updates provided by Stanleyhero shall be covered by this Agreement,
unless expressly subject to the terms of another agreement to which Stanleyhero is a party.

2.8) This License will terminate if you fail to comply with its terms and conditions.
If your license does terminate, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
The termination of this license will not limit STANLEYHERO's other rights it may have by law.

3. DISCLAIMER:

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
PRODUCT IS DEEMED ACCEPTED BY LICENSEE UPON IT'S USE BY LICENSEE.
THIS SOFTWARE/PRODUCT IS PROVIDED TO LICENSEE AS IS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE AND DOCUMENTATION REMAINS WITH LICENSEE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR, HIS CONTRIBUTORS, STANLEYHERO OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY
CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY,(INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE AND ITS CONTENTS EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE CAUSED TO YOU OR TO THIRD PARTIES.

You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend STANLEYHERO and its suppliers from and against any claims or lawsuits, including attorney's fees that may arise from the direct or indirect use of this software.
Stanleyhero will not be liable toward Licensee for, and Licensee will defend and hold Stanleyhero harmless against, any expense or claim based on Licensee's use of any Content within the software arising from any intellectual property claim (including patent, trademark, copyright, or trade secret infringement), any right of publicity or privacy claim, or any defamation or unfair competition claim.

Licensee will ensure that any and all copyright notices, watermarks and trademark or reservation of rights language included in the software are not removed.

Nothing within this Agreement should be construed as creating any kind of partnership between
Licensee and Stanleyhero. Nor is it contained or implied anywhere within this documentation.

The license for the use of the software shall be considered null and void upon violation of any terms of this agreement.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

BY USING THIS SOFTWARE YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, UNDERSTAND IT,
AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THEREIN.
The end user acknowledges and agrees that this is thereby governed by the Laws of Canada and Quebec.
The LICENSEE and STANLEYHERO submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Canada and Quebec, Canada.

STANLEYHÉROS et l'Utilisateur de Casse-Tête-Mélangeur STANLEYHÉROS, sont entré dans cette "entente d'utilisation".

Les lois sur les Droits d'Auteur et traités internationale sur les Droits d'Auteur protègent ce LOGICIEL, tout comme d'autres lois et traités sur la propriété intellectuel.
Ce LOGICIEL est licencé et non vendu.
1. VOS DROITS.
Sujet aux provisions contenu dans ce document, STANLEYHÉROS accorde à l'Utilisateur une
Licence non-exclusive, non-souslicenciable, non-transférable pour installer et utilisé ce
logiciel dans un seul endroit sur un disque rigide ou autre appareil de rangement.

L'Utilisateur peut faire une seule copie du logiciel seulement, pour des raisons de sécurité,
pourvu que la copie contient tout les détails de propriété inclus dans l'original.
Sans quoi, le logiciel ne peut être copié en entier ou en partie.

En utilisant ce logiciel, vous consentez à être lié par et devenez un parti à cette entente en tant q'Utilisateur.
Si vous n'êtes pas d'accord avec tout les termes de cette entente, n'installez pas ce logiciel, ne vous en servez pas, cessez de l'utiliser.
De plus vous supprimerez ce logiciel et détruirez toute copies de ce logiciel et autre matériel relatif à ce logiciel en votre possession ou sous votre contrôle.

L'Utilisateur se servira du logiciel sur un ordinateur uniquement, ou sur un réseau d'ordinateurs à condition que chaque ordinateur ait sa propre copie individuelle licencé.

L'Utilisateur ne s'estimera pas, par n'importe quoi contenu dans ou fait par rapport à cette entente
de s'acquérir le moindre droit, titre, ou intérêt dans quelque droit d'auteur, marque de commerce,
ou autre propriété intellectuel de STANLEYHÉROS, et ne fera rien pour porter préjudice à la valeur
ou à la validité des droits ci-inclus du propriétaire respectif ou de sa propriété.
2. RESTRICTIONS

2.1) Le logiciel est licencé comme en étant un seul produit. Ses pièces composantes ne doivent pas être séparées et doivent demeurées intactes.

2.2) L'Utilisateur est interdit de vendre ou de distribuer le logiciel par tout les moyens;
exception fait pour la version Casse-Tête-Mélangeur "DEMO" du logiciel qui peut être partagé en copies non-modifiéés et sans aucun coût pour le récipiendaire.

2.3) La version Casse-Tête-Mélangeur "DEMO" du logiciel peut seulement être distribuée intacte et sans attaches ou
liens à aucun autre produit, organization ou matériel pas déjà inclus dans les versions distribuables
qui se trouvent sur le site internet de STANLEYHERO.com

La version Casse-Tête-Mélangeur "DEMO" du logiciel ne peut pas être distribuée en conjonction avec un autre produit,
associée à une organisation ou matériel, sans en avoir obtenu le consentement formel écrit de STANLEYHÉROS pour le faire.

Seulement la version la plus récente de ce même logiciel Casse-Tête-Mélangeur "DEMO" peut être distribuée comme décrit dans cette entente.
Pour connaître la dernière version nous conseillons vivement de consulter le site StanleyHero.com pour constater son numéro de version.

2.4) L'Utilisateur ne peut céder, louer, prêter, vendre ou autrement transférer aucun de ses droits
dans le logiciel ou cette entente, sans le consentement formel écrit de STANLEYHÉROS.

2.5) Vous ne pouvez (et ne permetterez pas d'autres personnes ou entités de) réduire ce logiciel sous une forme humainement lisible,
décompiler, ou désassembler le logiciel, sauf et seulement dans la mésure que cette activité est expressément permise par la force de la loi sans résister à cette limitation.

Vous ne pouvez (et ne permetterez pas d'autres personnes ou entités de) créér d'ouvrages dérivé
sur le logiciel, et ne devez pas vous servir du logiciel pour exécuter des transferts d'information non-autorisé,
tel faire la copie ou le transfert de fichiers en violation du droit d'auteur.

Vous ne pouvez (et ne permetterez pas d'autres personnes ou entités de) modifier, ou transformer le logiciel,
ou l'une de ces copies, en entier ou en partie, ou autrement essayer de découvrir le code source du logiciel.

2.6) STANLEYHÉROS est le propriétaire de tout droits, titre et intérêts dans et du logiciel.
Le logiciel est protégé par les droits d'auteur du CANADA et conventions international dès droits d'auteur et traités.
STANLEYHÉROS réserve tout droits dans le logiciel à l'exception des spécifications dans l'entente avec l'Utilisateur à l'intérieur de ce document.

Sauf comme expressément fournis dans ce document, l'Utilisateur ne dois pas copier, modifier, reproduire, exposer, décompiler, entreposer, traduire, vendre, louer
ou autrement transférer ou distribuer le logiciel, en entier ou en partie, ni ne peut t'il utiliser le logiciel avec l'intention de clôner quelque produit d'appartenance de STANLEYHÉROS.

Tout droits pas spécifiquement mentionnés à l'Utilisateur dans ce document sont réservés à STANLEYHÉROS.

Tout titre à et droits d'auteur dans ce logiciel (incluant mais pas limité à aucune image, audio, texte, et animations, incorporés dans ce logiciel),
accompagné du matériel imprimé, et toutes copies du logiciel appartiennent à STANLEYHÉROS.

2.7) STANLEYHÉROS n'est pas dans l'obligation de fournir de l'entretien ou de mise à jour pour le logiciel.
Cependant, n'importe quel entretien ou mise à jour fournis par STANLEYHÉROS sera couvert par cette entente,
à moins d'être expressément soumis aux termes d'une autre entente auquel STANLEYHÉROS fait partie.

2.8) Cette licence sera résilier si vous échouez à vous conformer avec ses termes et conditions.
Si cette licence se trouve résilier, vous devez détruire toutes copies du logiciel.
La résiliation de cette licence ne limitera pas les autres droits que STANLEYHÉROS pourrait avoir envers la loi.

3. LIMITATIONS ET INDEMNISATION

Sujet aux dommages conséquencielles.
Le produit est estimé d'avoir été accepté par l'Utilisateur dès son usage par l'Utilisateur.
Ce logiciel est fournis à l'Utilisateur comme il est, sans garantie d'aucune sorte.
La totalité de risque résultant de l'usage ou de la performance du logiciel et de sa documentation demeure avec l'Utilisateur.

En aucun cas l'auteur, ses collaborateurs, STANLEYHÉROS ou ses fournisseurs ne seront passible
pour quelque dommage direct, indirect, exemplaire, par coïncidence ou tout autre
(incluant, mais pas limité à, l'obtention de produits ou services substitué, dommage pour perte de profits, perte d'affaires, perte de données, ou tout autre perte pécuniaire)
causé de quelque manière et sur quelque blâme théorique, (incluant négligence ou autrement)
présenté de n'importe quel manière dû à l'usage de ce logiciel et son contenu quand même si avisé de la possibilité d'un tel dommage causé à vous ou à tierce parti.

Vous acceptez d'indemniser, tenir innocent, et défendre STANLEYHÉROS et ses fournisseurs de et contre toute revendication ou procès,
incluant les honoraires de procureurs qui pourrait survenir de l'usage directe ou indirecte de ce logiciel.

STANLEYHÉROS ne sera pas passible envers l'Utilisateur pour, et l'Utilisateur défendera et tiendra STANLEYHÉROS innocent contre,
quelque frais ou réclame basé sur l'usage que l'Utilisateur fera du contenu du logiciel qui resortira de quelque revendication sur la propriété intellectuel
(incluant brevet, marque de commerce, droit d'auteur, ou infraction sur le secret de fabrication),
quelque droit de publicité ou revendication sur la vie privé, ou quelque diffamation ou revendication sur une compétition injuste.

L'Utilisateur devra s'assurer que toutes les affichages de droit d'auteur, filigranes et marque de commerce ou
indications sur les réservation de droits inclus dans le logiciel ne sont pas retirés.

Rien à l'intérieur de cette Entente ne devrait être interprété comme avoir engendré aucune sorte d'association entre l'Utilisateur et STANLEYHÉROS.

La licence pour l'utilisation du logiciel devra être considéré nul sur la violation de n'importe quel terme de cette entente.
EN RECONNAISSANCE DE CAUSE

En se servant de ce logiciel vous avouez avoir fait la lecture de cette garantie limitée, que vous la comprenez,
et consentez à être lié par les termes et conditions qui s'y trouvent.
L'Utilisateur reconnaît puis est d'accord que ceci est gouverné par les lois du Canada et du Québec.
L'Utilisateur et STANLEYHÉROS se soumettent à la juridiction des tribunaux du Canada et Québec, Canada.
